Job Description
This 150+ bed hospital on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Psychiatry Registrar/Principal House Officer to join their team. Working with a population of over 100,000 people in the region, you will be busy enough to gain as much experience as possible while also seeing a wide variety of patients and cases. You may be required to travel through the region to work from the health districts many facilities which will be an advantage to you in your progression and medical training.
Taking the role of a Psychiatry Registrar/PHO in this busy hospital on the coast of Queensland, you are certain to see a wide variety of patients and cases ensuring that your training program is continued with as much value and experience possible. A typical day for you here will see you attend acute and elective admissions and assist in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment plans for patients. Working with a strong Psychiatry team featuring expert Consultants, you will be working in an environment that will support you to the highest degree.
