This Health Service District is seeking a General Adult Psychiatrist to meet the needs of their patients.. This role is the definition of variety! In it you will be working from several locations within the district and seeing a range of patients and cases. With over 600,000 people in the district, you are sure to have plenty of work to keep you busy.
Your role as a General Adult Psychiatrist is to provide acute and continuing clinical care to patients of the Mental Health Service and to clinically manage on a day to day basis the associated multidisciplinary patients care team. You will want to ensure the provision of appropriate client care is consistent to the highest quality. In addition to this, you are also expected to provide professional leadership within psychiatry and provide training, education and supervision to junior medical staff and other health care members.
